CODO Academy is a software training institute in Kerala focused on transforming learners into industry-ready developers and digital professionals. We need a dynamic, target-driven Sales Executive to handle enquiries, convert leads to admissions, and hit monthly enrollment goals while helping students choose the right courses.

What You'll Do

  • Handle incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
  • Explain course details, fees, and career outcomes to students and parents
  • Follow up consistently with prospective students
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions
  • Maintain accurate lead and admission records in CRM/sheets
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and admission targets
  • Build lasting relationships with students and partner clients

Job Requirements

  • Any degree or diploma
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, WhatsApp)
  • Prior sales, admissions, or telecalling experience is a plus
