CODO Academy is a software training institute in Kerala focused on transforming learners into industry-ready developers and digital professionals. We need a dynamic, target-driven Sales Executive to handle enquiries, convert leads to admissions, and hit monthly enrollment goals while helping students choose the right courses.
What You'll Do
- Handle incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
- Explain course details, fees, and career outcomes to students and parents
- Follow up consistently with prospective students
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records in CRM/sheets
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and admission targets
- Build lasting relationships with students and partner clients
Job Requirements
- Any degree or diploma
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, WhatsApp)
- Prior sales, admissions, or telecalling experience is a plus
